Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through krikria, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and krikria (the "Platform" or "We" or "Us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of krikria, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who hold an active account, and any third party who accesses the platform on behalf of a registered player. Use of any feature of krikria — including the sports betting interface, live casino lobby, slots section, card games, or promotional landing pages — constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

krikria reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the publication of the revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to krikria and all associated gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. krikria enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Players who misrepresent their age during registration will have their accounts suspended, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned after verification of identity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will, and you are not doing so under the instruction, coercion, or behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with krikria or any other gaming platform through which you have committed to abstain from gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of krikria or any affiliated entity, nor are you a close family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You are accessing krikria from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your specific location.

krikria reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on krikria, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and belongs exclusively to you.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on krikria. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any accumulated balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. If you discover that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): krikria operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification may be required at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account lifetime. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.

krikria will process submitted KYC documents within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. During verification review, deposit functionality remains available; however, withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. krikria will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on krikria are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform; your account balance, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal receipts will all be denominated in BDT.

Accepted Deposit Methods: krikria currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard (via Bangladesh-issued bank cards), City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your krikria account within 1–5 minutes. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. krikria does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which krikria bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day if submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are detailed in the cashier section. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified krikria account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• krikria reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals requested by players whose accounts have not completed KYC verification will be held until verification is successfully concluded.
• krikria will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account, unless the original deposit method is no longer available and written confirmation is provided.
• Any funds deposited through bonus top-ups or promotional credits cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated through wagering of such credits are eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

krikria offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit on krikria may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The welcome bonus must be used within 14 calendar days of being credited; any unused portion will expire automatically.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one player per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Evidence of bonus abuse across multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the accounts involved.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold will not contribute to bonus wagering progress.
• krikria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with bonuses already activated at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable opportunity to meet any outstanding wagering requirements, subject to krikria's sole discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside of the krikria platform.
• Any winnings generated by bonus funds in excess of ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal is approved.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using krikria, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to treat other players, support staff, and the platform itself with respect and fairness. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited on krikria and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with krikria.
• Money Laundering: Using krikria to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. krikria is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on krikria.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated scripts, or interfere with the integrity of any game or betting system.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for funds that have been genuinely deposited and used on krikria. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on krikria, as detailed in Section 3.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward krikria staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or in-game messaging.

krikria employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to monitor for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, krikria reserves the right to take immediate remedial action without prior notice, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning from the platform.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on krikria is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. krikria accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot games, virtual table games, and digital card games on krikria use certified RNG technology supplied by the game providers. RNG certification ensures that every game outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and uninfluenced by previous results. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your krikria account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, krikria will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to krikria.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period via our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will be unable to deposit or wager, and krikria will take reasonable steps to ensure you are not contacted with promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

Suspension by krikria: krikria reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account is connected to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback with their payment provider.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended by krikria due to a suspected violation, the player will be notified via their registered email address and given the opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance held in a suspended account will remain accessible pending the outcome of the investigation. If a violation is confirmed, krikria reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

Limitation of Liability

krikria provides its gaming services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or defect at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. krikria will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krikria shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or errors in the delivery of game results that occur outside of krikria's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or refusals in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any tax obligations that arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or transactions conducted on krikria. You are solely responsible for your own tax compliance.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit krikria's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments & Governing Law

krikria reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes take effect from the moment the revised version is published on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Where changes are material in nature, krikria will endeavour to notify registered players via email at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of krikria following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and krikria with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations, and understandings between the parties.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
